Legal agreement governing your use of zeus22 services

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and zeus22. By accessing or using our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
By creating an Account, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise using any part of the zeus22 Platform, you expressly acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree with any provision of these terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and refrain from creating an Account.
zeus22 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon publication on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms & Conditions periodically to stay informed of any updates.
To create an Account and use the zeus22 Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
zeus22 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification cards, proof of address, and banking documentation. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or termination.
To use zeus22 services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. All information provided during registration must be truthful and verifiable. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party. All activities conducted through your Account are your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorized them. You must immediately notify zeus22 customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account or any security breach.
zeus22 operates under strict Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies. We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including before processing withdrawals. Required documents may include a valid government-issued photo ID (KTP - Indonesian National Identity Card, passport, or driver's license), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership (bank account statement, e-wallet screenshot showing your name). First-time withdrawals typically require KYC verification completion.
zeus22 supports deposits through major Indonesian banks including BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon, as well as popular e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 25,000 for e-wallet transactions. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Account status. Deposits are typically processed instantly, though processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in funds being returned and potential Account suspension. zeus22 does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawal processing times typically range from 15 minutes to 24 hours, depending on your Account verification status and chosen payment method. First-time withdrawals require KYC verification and may take up to 72 hours for processing.
zeus22 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on large withdrawal requests or suspicious activity patterns. We may request additional documentation or temporarily delay withdrawals while conducting fraud prevention reviews. Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to completion of applicable Wagering Requirements.
All transactions on the zeus22 Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Your Account Balance is maintained in IDR. We do not support multi-currency Accounts.
zeus22 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which are detailed on the promotional materials and must be read carefully before claiming any bonus.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry Wagering Requirements that must be fulfilled before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering Requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) must be wagered on eligible games. For example, a Rp 100,000 bonus with a 30x Wagering Requirement requires Rp 3,000,000 in total bets before the bonus and any associated winnings become withdrawable.
Different game types contribute different percentages toward Wagering Requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino games may contribute 10-20%. Sports betting contributions vary by odds. Full contribution rates are specified in each promotion's terms.
zeus22 reserves the right to limit or exclude any Player from promotional offers at our discretion. Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses, colluding with other Players, or using betting strategies designed solely to clear Wagering Requirements without risk, is strictly prohibited and will result in bonus forfeiture, winnings confiscation, and Account termination.
Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Professional or advantage players may be excluded from promotional offers. Maximum bet limits apply during bonus play and are specified in the bonus terms. Exceeding maximum bet limits during bonus wagering will result in bonus forfeiture.
All games offered on the zeus22 Platform are provided by licensed third-party game providers and use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fairness and unpredictability. zeus22 does not control or influence game outcomes. Game results are final and binding once confirmed by the game provider.
You agree to play all games according to their established rules. Rules for each game are available within the game interface or can be accessed through the help section. In the event of a dispute regarding game rules or outcomes, zeus22's decision, based on consultation with the game provider, is final.
Sports betting markets are subject to the rules and regulations established by zeus22 and the respective sports governing bodies. We reserve the right to void bets if we determine that the integrity of an event has been compromised, if incorrect odds were displayed due to human or technical error, or if a Player has engaged in suspicious betting patterns.
In the event of technical malfunctions, communication failures, hardware or software errors, or other technical issues beyond zeus22's reasonable control, we reserve the right to void affected game rounds and refund stakes. zeus22 is not liable for losses resulting from technical issues, service interruptions, or force majeure events.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the zeus22 Platform:
Violation of any prohibited activity will result in immediate Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of Balance, and potential legal action. zeus22 cooperates with law enforcement authorities regarding illegal activities conducted through the Platform.
You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. zeus22 provides entertainment services and makes no guarantees regarding your potential winnings. You agree to gamble responsibly and within your financial means.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zeus22 and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
zeus22's maximum aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of your Account Balance at the time the claim arose, or Rp 10,000,000, whichever is lower.
zeus22 is not responsible for losses resulting from technical malfunctions, service interruptions, unauthorized Account access due to your failure to maintain security, actions of third-party payment processors, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.
zeus22 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately and without prior notice if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false information, or otherwise acted in a manner detrimental to zeus22 or other Players. Upon termination for cause, any remaining Balance may be forfeited.
You may request temporary or permanent Account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion requests are processed in accordance with our Responsible Gaming Policy. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your Account or create new Accounts.
Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. zeus22 reserves the right to charge a monthly dormancy fee of Rp 50,000 on dormant Accounts until the Balance is depleted or the Account is reactivated.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming platforms serving the Indonesian market. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between you and zeus22.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, you agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against zeus22.
